With the purchase of hearing aids, you are entitled to:

H: Hearing Aids. Your hearing aids have been selected for you based on your hearing loss and listening needs. We allow our patients a 30-day trial period with no cancellation fee.

E: Education. Monthly aural rehabilitation classes are offered to optimize the benefit received from your hearing aids.

A: Audiologists. We are dedicated to better hearing and exceptional patient care. To fulfill this promise, we offer quarterly cleaning and programming for the life of your hearing aids.

R: Resources. A one-year supply of batteries is included in the purchase of your hearing aids. Additionally, a one-year loss, damage and repair warranty is included. We will also complete the necessary paperwork to obtain a free amplified telephone for you through the Kentucky Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
